Our cottage style third floor unit is fully updated featuring plank tile flooring, granite countertops and beadboard throughout, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.  The bedroom includes a king bed with a Sealy pillow top mattress, spacious closet, and 40” LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 55” LED flat panel TV with soundbar, Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa includes a unique “everyday sleeper” design to maximize comfort without springs! This new design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable laundry center is also available for your convenience.

This Gulf Shores condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Adventure Center at The Wharf features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.
