The bedroom is furnished with a king bed featuring a Sealy pillow top mattress, a spacious closet, and a 40” LED flat panel TV. The living room provides a spectacular view of the Gulf through its large window, a 55” LED flat panel TV with soundbar, a Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa incorporates a unique “everyday sleeper” design that enhances comfort without springs! This innovative design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. For your convenience, a stackable laundry center is also provided.

This Gulf Shores condo is conveniently located next to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant and is within walking distance to The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment venues, and additional dining options. Numerous attractions in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several local golf courses are nearby, along with various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water activities. The Adventure Center at The Wharf offers ziplines, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards.

Perfect Stay!

This condo is the perfect spot to relax! The bed is amazingly comfy :-) , the pull out bed is also extremely comfy (which is an added plus). The kitchen is fully equipped for those wanting to stay in opposed to eating out and very spacious. I love love love just sitting on the balcony and taking in the view...ahhhhhh. We will definitely be back!!!!

Amazing views / location

Beautiful condo. The owners were great to work with. The beach was great. The staff on the grounds were friendly and helpful. The state park is awesome! Don’t be afraid to try the free bikes or rent the e-bikes. Both are a blast. Great local restaurants. We would recommend it.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores. Great weather and a nice place to stay. The condo was as advertised and only a short walk to the beach. The Sea & Suds restaurant was located on the beach (shared parking lot with the condo). Great food and drinks. The only issue was the TV/sound bar set up, which may prove difficult for someone not tech savvy. Otherwise, great little place to stay. Definitely recommend. Thanks

We couldn't have found a more perfect location. The condo was perfect, had all the amenities. The only negative was the cleaning service. The bathroom floor was dirty and we had to wash the bed linens as they smelled gross. We would definitely use this unit again!

Yearly Gulf shores vacation.

We were very pleased with this rental experience. We had no issues with parking. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The view from balcony was gorgeous. The pool was nice with plenty of room around the deck. It was great having store across the street. The Sea ~N~Suds was right on the beach and had very good food. Relaxing vacation

The condo was beautiful and we couldn't have been more pleased. So convenient to everything and the view was beautiful. It had everything we needed. If I could make two minor suggestions though - the sink faucet is EXTREMELY high powered. It was almost impossible not to get water sprayed all over you when you turned it on. Also, it would have been nice to have filtered water in the door of the refrigerator, but that is just a luxury :). Overall, great stay and I would stay in the condo again.

Beautiful Beach!

Condo very nice and perfect for 2, with a great view of the gulf. Location is close to the state park, if you like to bike. Great pickleball courts (12) are about a 15 minute drive, if you are looking for that. Howard is excellent with timely communication. If you're planing to cook in the unit - it is well stocked with cookware, but there is no gas grill available, and very few seasonings/spices there, so bring your own. Lastly, internet is not good in the unit/building. Other than that, it is a great spot!

RELAXING...

This condo was perfect for us!! Exactly as pictured, no surprises. Loved the balcony and the spectacular views. The sofa bed is VERY comfortable!! Great location, just a short walk to all the souvenir/tshirt/beach gear shops. You can park and never get back in your car until the trip home. Many restaurants: Sea N Suds has the best fish sandwich I've ever eaten, Nachos at the Pink Pony, wings at Hooters, The Hangout, Gulf Island Grill. The property itself is really clean and has a security officer walking around. We will definitively be back to this unit and recommend it to all our friends. Great, relaxing vacation....

Be sure to print out your own parking pass before you arrive. I did miss that on the communication so I had to contact owner, he responded right away and it was taken care of. Condo was very nice. Towels were supplied and very nice, however, only 2 facecloths in the unit so I purchased some for us to use. Door to deck could use some adjusting as it is very hard to open and close. Wi-Fi internet was very spotty! View was great and overall I would recommend!!

We decided to try the sofa bed, so we could enjoy the view. That bed was soooo comfortable!!! We also enjoyed the big screen tv. I like that it was wall mounted. The property is a fantastic location; walking distance to the main intersection with all the shops, etc. We also enjoyed the convince of the market across the street and having Sea n Suds right at us. We highly recommend their shrimp! The unit is convenient to the elevator, which we never had to wait on. We will definitely stay again! Only thing we would change, if we could, would be the check out time. One more hour in the morning would be perfect. The maid tried to enter, ready to clean before 9:30.

Great location!

The interior of the refrigerator wasn't all that clean. We actually took out the crisper drawer to clean up the "red juice" that had spilled onto the basin below the drawer. The dishwasher liquid had been watered down and there was barely any there. Just enough laundry detergent to do the towels at the end of your stay, so if you plan on doing any laundry, bring your detergent. Enjoyed our stay, view was great and location can't be beat. Convenience store just across the street and Suds and Surf restaurant was good for a beverage and a meal. Would recommend Boardwalk. (and older property, but has been refurbished really nicely!)

Perfect location, could use an update

Pros The location is perfect, the building isn't a high rise so the beach was never over crowded. The building is fairly clean and so was the condo. The condo with equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. The room was a perfect size for just me and my husband. Great view of the ocean and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Cons The room really needs a deep cleaning and new bedding and the building needs to be updated. We rewashed the sheets before going to bed because they had a couple stains. I also feel like if I need to take the trash out and start clothes before we leave, they should supply atleast provide 1 extra trash bag and laundry detergent. Overall it was a great vacation!

Bigger than anticipated!

I rented this property for just my husband and I over Hangout Music Festival 2016 weekend. It was perfect! The size was great for just my husband and I. But had extra room for a couple more people on the pull out sofa if need be. And SO much closer to the venue than originally thought. But not so close that it was a nuisance. It was approximately a 10 minute walk to everything you needed for some fun in the sun. The beach is just steps away and Sea-n-Suds restaurant is literally just a few steps from your door. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responded super quickly anytime I had to email. The condo was clean and plenty up to date! The view was amazing and the sound of the waves at night was like a lullaby for my soul! The only thing I wasn't quit prepared for was the ONE roll of toilet paper. Other than that, I'd absolutely rent this property again, and bring extra toilet paper this time!

Great summer vacation!

We recently returned from 5 wonderful nights in Boardwalk #384. The location is great. The condo is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Other activities are just a short drive away. We felt that, with the Boardwalk not being a high-rise like some of the other complexes, that our beach was much less crowded. Parking was tight at times but we always found at least one space and never had to utilize the lot across the street. On our arrival day, the security officer in the lot was very friendly and told us there was a space under the building on the side and that was a nice way to be welcomed! The unit is in the middle of the building and right off the elevator, making it very convenient. The elevators were much faster than I would have expected. Also, we LOVED the keyless entry. So easy, no card or key to carry around. The scrapbook inside the unit with the owner's suggestions was so thoughtful. We did eat at Cosmo's for lunch one day and had the sea bass as suggested, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had! We enjoyed the pool. It's right on the beach and heated perfectly, making night swims comfortable and enjoyable. The unit itself is just lovely. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beach-themed decorations were fun but subtle, nothing tacky. The kitchen looked brand new and beautiful! It had everything we needed to cook meals (although the salt and pepper shakers were empty... we bought disposable ones at Publix). We only went out for meals three times. We enjoyed eating on the balcony. The sleeper sofa was the best I have ever slept on. No bars poking into your back. Our only complaint about the unit was the Wifi. We used the "upgraded" Wifi specifically for unit 384 that is password-protected, but just browsing sites on my phone was slow (my 3G network on my old iPhone 4 was much faster), and streaming Netflix was near impossible with the constant buffering. Maybe this could be looked into by the company that provides the Internet service. One more suggestion: blackout curtains (that could be pushed back during the day, of course). Sleeping in the living room, I was awakened at 6AM every morning with all the light coming in, even with the blinds closed. All in all, we had a terrific vacation and were pleased as punch with our stay at Boardwalk #384 and we hope to stay there again!

Awesome condo in great area

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was exactly as advertised. We loved the location being close to Sea and Suds and a few other things to walk to. The owner was very nice to communicate with us. They are still doing a little construction but were very considerate of the guests. The only issue we had it that parking is tight but there is a lot across the street so it didn't become an issue for us. We would stay here again. Extra added benefit was that the pool was heated !!!!

My family (3 of us) had a great first visit to gulf shores! The condo was perfect for us! The view was excellent! The kitchen had everything you would need for a little getaway. The unit was clean, the bed was comfy and so were the extra pillows in the closet :) The condo is convienienlty located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops! The market right across the street was a bonus as well! Overall we had a great first experience in gulf shores! The only downfall, which wasn't even a big deal to us, was the parking lot. It definitely filled up fast but there is an extra parking lot across the street! That didn't put a damper on our stay though!

Check in was easy and had communication with owner if needed. Condo was clean and quiet since it was a smaller falicity and that was nice. Kitchen was clean and had nice appliances but I only use the coffee maker and microwave. Overall impression I would book again if I ever make it back to gulf shores AL.

Everything about this condo was perfect!!

We LOVED this condo! It was absolutely perfect for us (family of 4) and fully stocked with everything that we would need. The entire building was well kept with a security guard on site at all times. It was so convenient to be able to walk out of the building and onto the beach. We rented chairs for 3 days of our stay, which I would highly recommend. The guy in charge of the chairs was always so friendly and checked on us often to ensure our umbrella was in the perfect location. Our kids really enjoyed the pool at night. We ate at Sea-n-Suds one night, which was delicious. We had such a great time, that we are planning another trip to Gulf Shores next summer.

Impeccably kept, fully equipped kitchen, right by the elevator, close to pool and beach ( be sure and book your rental beach chairs through Suncoast Rentals ahead of time), amazing response from owners on any questions you may have, etc. We will definitely rent this condo again! Wonderful spot for a vacation

We just returned from the gulf last week and thoroughly enjoyed our condo. It's nicely updated, comfortable and well kept. And, the view is spectacular! This condo was the perfect size for the two of us and was conveniently located to restaurants and activities. I appreciated the key pad entry (no key to worry about) and the quick exit to the beach. We booked this trip at the last moment and had only positive experiences with the owner. Everything was fantastic and we will return! The only suggestion I have is to add something to the tub flooring so it's a little less slippery (minor issue). Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Gulf Shores Family Vacation 2016

We have just recently returned from our visit to Gulf Shores - Oct 9 - 13. We had originally planned on vacationing in Myrtle Beach but due to the unexpected visit from Hurricane Matthew, we had to cancel and scramble to make new arrangements. While on the website I saw this condo and it really looked like it would fit our needs, along with fitting in the dates desired. The booking process was a breeze and the owner was in contact with us within the hour. All the needed information was provided in a timely manner and any questions were quickly addressed. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 3. The king sized bed offered plenty of room as our 6 year old grew tired of sleeping on the pullout and made his way into our room. Nothing like family togetherness on vacation. The pictures and views from the website were an accurate description of the condo. From the sunrise to the East and the beautiful sunsets to the West, it was all I could have imagined it to be. The condo was stocked with all the needed amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Just a short walk to the beach and the warm Gulf of Mexico waters awaited us. Many of the activities and restaurants were just a short walk from the condo. Parking was a little tight but they did put out orange cones to try to reserve spots for those staying at the complex. My only complaints were that the balcony furniture is in need of repair. Both of the lounge chairs were cracked, most likely from being out in the elements daily and 2 of the chairs were missing parts leaving exposed screws which could be a hazard. There were also a few mold spots in the shower that need to be scrubbed away. All in all, I would highly recommend this property. It is priced right with all the amenities and location to the beach. We have been back for a week and I still miss hearing the sounds of the crashing waves from the balcony. Thanks Howard for letting us enjoy your property. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful view, Awesome Location!

I met my best friend for a 4 night stay at this condo. The condo was beautiful! It was clean and up to date! The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous! The staff at the property are out early every morning doing maintenance to make sure the grounds stay beautiful as well! The view from the balcony was stunning! The restaurant that is located right on the beach by the condo had a fabulous menu, and was very affordable! We rented a 2016 Mustang Convertible for the trip and did not use it one time while we were at the condo. There is so much within walking distance! I would definitely book this condo again, but would definitely choose a different time of year. We were there right in the middle of spring break, so although security did a great job keeping it quiet at night, it did get a little rowdy at times, but it made some great viewing for us 40 years old's. The college kids were extremely respectful to us elders though...lol! Mr. Smithison made the whole process extremely painless. I had never rented a vacation rental before, and he was wonderful! I definitely recommend this property!

This is our second visit to Boardwalk 384. We liked it so well the first time we booked it the month of January the second time. It was everything we remembered. Everything is clean and well appointed, you won't want for anything if you choose to stay here. You can cook but why do that when the Sea-n-Suds is right next door. Great weekend getaway

My husband & I recently had a weekend getaway to Gulf Shores and stayed at Boardwalk 384 and I have to say it was absolutely awesome! It was clean & felt like you were home away from home. The Ideal Beach Experience

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. We had previously been to Destin and Panama City. Gulf Shores is not as expensive as Destin and considerably more "peaceful" than Panama City. The beaches are beautiful and the people are very friendly and work very hard to make guests feel comfortable.Boardwalk #384 was ideal for my wife and I. It is very clean, well decorated, and the location is excellent. Everything is depicted very accurately in the photos. What you see is EXACTLY what you get. Nothing about the photos is deceiving or inaccurate. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the short walk to the beach is very convenient. As has been stated in almost every review we read during our research, Howard Smithson is very accommodating and very easy to work with. Our entire experience was wonderful and #384 was the centerpiece. We will definitely make very effort to return.

Delivered what was promised!

This was not our first trip to Gulf Shores nor our first stay at Boardwalk. However, this was the first time staying in this unit and it is definitely at the top of our list. Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation all to ourselves. Everything was perfect with the condo, and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Beach lovers Dream

We loved our stay in the gulf shores!!! It just was not long enough. My husband did not want to get off the beach. When he was, he was sitting on the balcony, listening to the ocean waves. The last morning there, we enjoyed our coffee while watching the dolphins. That was an enjoyable treat. We were so pleased with our condo. The photos were so accurately correct. The place was exactly as pictured. It was so tastefully decorated. Just as if I had picked everything out myself and very comfortable. In fact, my sister just purchased a place in Florida and would like to purchase a sleeper sofa and I had told her of this one. She asked if I could find out what kind it was. So, Howard, may I ask what brand the sofa was? I said it was very comfortable to sit on. Anyway, for the first time in years, we were able to get away and we loved and enjoyed it very much. We hope to return one day and would hope to stay in this very same condo. Very convenient and loved the keyless entry. I we loved our choice of the timing. We got to park under the unit every time. Awesome first trip to Gulf Shores

WE had a awesome trip to Gulf Shores for the first time and we will definitely be going back to Gulf Shores. We loved this condo. It was near everything. Mr. Howard was awesome to work with on renting the room. The only drawback was the parking. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated like home away from home. My son said it was his best beach trip ever. We had family to come down and spend time with us and they enjoyed it as well. I loved the scrapbook that gave us ideas of places to go and places to eat. We went to Cotton's Steakhouse and the food awesome.

Wonderful Stay In Gulf Shores!

Having never traveled to the Gulf, my wife and I relied on recommendations from friends to visit the VRBO site. After reviewing numerous listings in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area, we narrowed our search to three units and left our decision up to our conversations with owner/reps of the properties. After talking to the owner of Boardwalk 384 (rental 448231), the decision was an easy one. The owner was very down to earth and very helpful in answering the many questions I had about the area. The pictures and description of the property was accurate and not at all misleading. The unit was very clean, nicely appointed, and well maintained. The kitchen area looked like new with all the modern features and like new cookware and appliances. The living area is comfortable.....very homelike, with a large flat screen TV. Bed and bathrooms followed suit with up to date fixtures and comfortable bedding. The beach front is beautiful and well kept. Many of the areas attractions are within walking distance and many more are a short drive away. I know this review sounds to good to be true, but I would recommend this unit to any couple or young family traveling to the area! Nice place and nice folks to deal with. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Gulf Shores! We will definitely do it again!

This beautiful beachfront condo turned out to be the perfect place for my husband & I while celebrating a milestone birthday and our anniversary! Howard was very helpful per our telephone conversations, and kind enough to hold the condo until my husband could see it online, too. The pictures don't really do it justice! the view is gorgeous, and we spent hours on the balcony mesmerized by the relaxing ocean view. The condo is tastefully decorated and clean as a whistle! It was so convenient, too, just to walk down to the beach and/or pool, or to the nearby restaurants and souvenir shops. Sea n' Suds has the best raw oyster bar, with reasonable prices and friendly staff (plus, you don't have to walk far!). Cobalt, another good restaurant. It isn't within walking distance, but the food and atmosphere were worth the drive to Orange Beach. We were in G.S. during a quieter time, which was fine, but we would have partaken in some other nearby activities like a fishing adventure, zip-lining and parasailing. Maybe next time! We had a wonderful stay, nonetheless, and would highly recommend this condo/location to anyone wanting to get away from it all :)

My husband and I were looking for a condo for the weekend and came across this one. I have to say that the owner was wonderful to deal with and the method of payment (pay pro) was the easiest payment process I have ever used. The condo was decorated very nice and was the perfect size. The view from the condo was also great because it was beach front and only 3 floors up. Very convenient to the elevator also (we didn't have to walk the Jerico Mile to get to and fro). Condo was very clean. We will be looking to rent this condo in the future.
